At MMBS we have recently been involved in the operation of 'turn key' projects for the student market in Birmingham.
We design, plan and build quality student accommodation with attention to maximising space within the property. Conversions typically consist of loft conversions, rear extensions and total refurbishments. Typically a 2/3 bedroom house is converted into 6/7/8 bedroom property with communal living, kitchen and showering facilities.
MMBS also specialises in part conversions where the client has a specific need of extra rent able space or a refurbishment that could consist of a kitchen or bathroom.
